For the second day of our trip we had to come together at 8am in the lobby for having breakfast. After breakfast we went to a school room called Tampa. At first we did a reading exam for preparing the PET Test. After that we practiced for our High School presentation for Thursday. We had a little break because a man accidentally came into our room and was looking for a student of his class. When we finished the presentation we were very hungry and went to the fast food restaurant called Wendy's. We had delicious burgers and French fries. Then we drove to the Everglades Holiday Park and made a tour with an airboat. Our tourguide was really funny and made a lot of jokes. On our tour we have seen a few of alligators and different kinds of birds. After that there was a little show to show us how alligators are being catched when they're found in public places. Then we drove back to the hotel.
Mr.Hediger told us to dress up for dinner so we spent an hour to get ready. When we were finished we drove to a Japanese Steakhouse called Benihana. In the restaurant we were sitting at three tables. Every table had its own chef cooking in front of us. The chefs made a fascinating performance. It was really stunning and we were all amazed by the performances and especially the food. We had a soup, salad, chicken fried rice and shrimps. Then we could choose between steak, chicken or seafood. When we finished we went down to Lauderdale-by-the-sea to have an ice cream. After that we took a lot of photographs together in front of a beautiful sunset. At 8.30pm we went back to the hotel.

We are the twelfthgeneration which has the opportunity to go to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We are ?? students from four different classes (??). This year we are many more students than in the past evelen years. All of us are very excited about the whole trip. We are going to visit many famous locations and we’ll do a lot of different things with our teacher (Mr. Hediger). The whole situation is going to be new for most of us, because we have never been nonstop together for such a long time. Furthermore, most of us have never flown so far. But, we think, that this won’t be a problem and we are going to have a great time anyway. Actually we don't really know what to expect, but we're all looking forward to it.
